Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.

Can I smoke in the car ?

No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Are you charging anything extra on Christmas?

Prices are slightly higher than usual on busy days.

Will I be sharing with anyone else?

No. We do not operate a shared taxi service.

Is gratuity include in the price?

No. It is at the passengers discretion.

Genuinely so pleased with how this turned out. Our original plan was to take the train to Mt Smart from New Lynn for the A-league opener, but after looking at the AT app the night before started to worry about the lack of frequency/travel time as we didn't want to spend extra hours (with kids) travelling to/from the game. Booked the van (for 13 pax) the night before and got instant confirmation. Van showed up at pre arranged time, got us there in plenty of time and also arranged a perfect pick up location for after the game. Will definitely use again and reccomend to others!

Jag turned up right on time and took us right into Whatipu for a hike on the Omanawanui trail - he even waited for us to finish to take us home. And when he thought he had over charged us by mistake he ran into the restaurant with the extra cash - timely, honest and reliable, thank you!

Great service and communication. I received a confirmation email with driver details; name and phone number. Driver was on time and I received timely notifications via email letting me know when the driver was on the way, when he arrived, while we were on route and arrived at the airport.Highly recomment for any trips where you need a van for more passengers/baggage.

Van Taxi were absolutely brilliant - from start to finish. We organised 3 taxi vans for our kids 21st to take them all into town from rural South Auckland. Booked my ride online a week ahead. That process was straight forward and hassle free. Our driver was very professional. He arrived afew minutes early, but gave me a courtesy call and was happy to wait. We got to our venue nice and early. The van was very tidy, clean, spacious with good music. Our driver mentioned that if we needed a ride home, to call him direct which we would have done if we weren't staying at the venue. Extremely happy with the service and will definitely use again.
