Booked this company three weeks in advance for a location slightly outside the city. They confirmed the booking and price, and we stayed in touch leading up to the job—especially to flag that reception would be limited at the pickup location due to how remote it was.
Despite all this, they cancelled at the last minute with no real explanation other than “it’s too far.”

We used this van taxi service for our work Christmas party and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was easy, the driver was punctual and friendly, and the van was clean and comfortable. They made the whole process stress-free and got everyone where we needed to be safely and on time. I recently booked with Van Taxi and was very impressed with their service. Allowing up to 13 passengers was excellent for transporting our large group to an event and return, with affordable pricing. Highly recommend Van Taxi and I will definitely be using their services again.

He arrived afew minutes early, but gave me a courtesy call and was happy to wait. We got to our venue nice and early. The van was very tidy, clean, spacious with good music.
